Jack Dillon was a former inspector with the Vancouver Police Department.

Biography[]

Season 1[]

Dillon first meets Kiera Cameron when one of his detectives, Carlos Fonnegra, brings her to the station during the investigation of the mysterious explosion at the crash site of the travelers from the future. Initially suspicious, Dillon allows Kiera to work with Carlos on Liber8, believing Kiera to be Det. Linda Williams from Portland who was on the gang task force. When Kiera's deception is revealed, Dillon orders Kiera's arrest until he and Betty Robertson investigate and discover that Kiera is apparently a member of a secret government-supported facility called Section Six. Dillon then asks Kiera to become a liaison for the task force he is setting up at the VPD, hoping that she could help them through her expertise and assigns Carlos to partner with her.

Season 2[]

Dillon was briefly fired from the Vancouver Police Department after the escape of Travis Verta from custody, when it was learned that there was a mole within the department leaking information to Liber8. He was replaced by Nora Harris. Dillon later returned after making contact with Escher, a former Freelancer who privately purchased the police department and put him back in charge.

Since the Vancouver Police Department has been privately owned by Escher, Dillon has shown an increase in unlawful policing tactics towards Liber8, causing Carlos to question his morals.

Season 3[]

Season 4[]
