Sergeant Dan Barlow is a police officer from Portland PD who works with the real Linda Williams. He later visits Vancouver Police Department and tells Inspector Dillon that Kiera Cameron is, in fact, not Detective Williams.
He appeared in Fast Times and was portrayed by Rocky Anderson.
